Why does this season have no accounts at all?
Cast members usually lock their accounts while the season is airing. A month or two after the finale many of them open up again and post an introduction, and that is when the season starts filling in.
What does “No account” mean?
It means the search was done and the person has no public account. Someone who has not been searched yet is marked “Searching” instead. The two are kept apart so you never run the same search twice.
Why are some accounts still missing?
Because weak candidates do not go up. Copying handles that circulate in forums would fill the numbers, but verified entries and guesses would be mixed together and no line could be trusted.
This handle is wrong.
Send an email and it will be checked and corrected. You do not have to be the person concerned — a wrong handle hurts whoever owns that account most of all.
Please remove my account.
It comes down, with no questions asked, and the photo comes down with it. Nothing that has been removed goes back up. The removal page explains how to ask.
Why are people listed as Yeongsu and Oksun instead of their real names?
On I Am SOLO the cast are called by aliases on air. The large name on screen is the name used on the show; a real name appears on the line below only when it has been made public. On programs that use real names, such as Single's Inferno, that name takes the large slot instead.
The same name appears in several seasons. How do I find the right one?
I Am SOLO reuses 21 aliases across more than 400 cast members, so searching “Yeongsu” alone matches one per season. Type the program or season alongside it to narrow down — “season 22 Yeongsu”, or “Single's Inferno season 4”.
Where do the photos come from?
Only from the person's own Instagram profile picture. Screen captures from the broadcast are not used, and images are never hotlinked from another server.
Do you cover anything other than Instagram?
Only Instagram for now. Instagram is where people actually look right after an episode, and doing one service properly beats rebuilding the verification standard for each new one.
Can I send in an account I know?
Yes, by email, and it will be checked. Handles that arrive are not published as they come in — they have to clear the verification standard described on the about page first.
