- An account that has nothing to do with me is linked to my alias
- The season or the alias is wrong
You can report the last two even if you are not the person involved. One wrongly linked account sends a flood of DMs to someone with no connection to the show, so we are glad to hear about it.
How to ask
Email the address below. Two lines is enough — the season and the alias (e.g. Season 28 Yeongsuk), and what to remove or fix.

Verifying it is you
We have to stop pranks that ask us to take down someone else's account, so the fastest route is anything showing the account is yours — DM us from that Instagram account, or email from the address attached to it. Even when that is hard to confirm, we take it off the site first and talk afterward.
How long it takes
Once confirmed, we delete it right away. You will hear back within 7 days at the latest. Accounts and photos we have taken down never go back up.
